    Group Coaching has an ‘At Home’ or ‘Gym’ option

  • We’ll do weekly check-ins forms through the app (for 1:1 Coaching & Group Coaching). Monthly check-ins are a face-to-face video call with me (only for 1:1 Coaching).

    Both structures allow us to talk progress, struggles, wins, and make any needed adjustments.

  • Yes for 1:1 coaching! While I don’t offer strict meal plans, I’ll support you with balanced, flexible nutrition guidance that fits your lifestyle and goals, especially helpful if you're recovering from food stress or diet culture.

  • That’s exactly who this is for. Your plan is built around your real life, not a “perfect” schedule. Whether you’re balancing a 9–5, classes, or feeling a little lost post-grad, I’ve got you.

  • There’s no long-term contract—you can cancel anytime. I just ask for a 4-week notice before your next payment so I can pause your account and wrap up coaching properly. This helps ensure I don’t spend time creating a new program if you’re planning to leave, and it gives us time to finish strong and answer any final questions!
