We’ll do weekly check-ins forms through the app (for 1:1 Coaching & Group Coaching). Monthly check-ins are a face-to-face video call with me (only for 1:1 Coaching).
Both structures allow us to talk progress, struggles, wins, and make any needed adjustments.
